Rescheduling Policy:

CCW Class - A CCW reschedule must be requested no less than 48 hours prior to the class date or it will be considered a Cancellation. Students will be given one reschedule at no additional cost for a makeup CCW class. If students are unable to make the rescheduled CCW class, an additional 25% of class tuition fee will apply. (Excludes Private CCW classes)

All Additional Courses - A training course reschedule must be requested no less than 48 hours prior to the course date or it will be considered a Cancellation. To reschedule a course an additional 25% of course tuition fee will apply. If students are unable to make the rescheduled course all fees are forfeited. (Excludes Private Training Courses)

Cancellation Policy:

We do not cancel courses unless the course has 100% student drop out. (CCW classes however do require 4 or more students).

We do not cancel courses for adverse weather conditions unless they become dangerous or create training conditions non-conducive to learning.  These courses will be rescheduled at no additional fees.

Students canceling a course or class must cancel no less than 48 hours prior to course or class or all of the student’s tuition will be considered forfeit.

Students who purchase a course or class and cancels the course or class prior to the 48-hour policy See Refund Policy.

If students reschedule a course or class and then cancels the course or class all tuition is forfeited.

If our instructors are unable to attend a course we will cancel and notify students by Email, Text, or Phone prior to the course start time. Students will be given a reschedule option.

Refund Policy for Public Training Courses/Classes:

50% of all tuition is considered the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
